Meretrix invested some free time in enhancing my very basic version of tcl.nanorc, there are a lot of fixes an improvements, the new version is worth a download if you use nano to alter tcl files. Feel free to leave comments with suggestions or bugreports if anything does not work as expected. The new highlighting version will only work with nano 2 and above.
It has been a long time since the last update and version 2.2 does not bring a lot of changes. The most important change is a bugfix, which caused wrong output when a user did not play a stream or track. Additionally, two new bragging output variables have been introduced, you are now able to include the number of tracks and albums contained in your collection.

I have just submitted a tool to our board, that is able to convert gif pictures into base64. This might be useful to developers, who intend to use pictures in their applications but are sick of delivering the pictures directly. Base64 offers the possibility to include these pictures in your source code. The tool features a GUI with basic open/save and display options. If you have any suggestions or if you have found any bugs, be kind enough to let me know.
ListonBeta6.1 is not finished yet but can be retrieved using the daily or stable build packages. The daily build might be broken or scripts might not be finished, while the stable build was tested and will most certainly work on your system. The stable build will always be installable and usable, but some modules might not work to their full extend or might contain minor TCL errors.
I decided to release the new stable build after fixing some TCL related bugs and completing the manual pages for all base scripts and a new install script, install.sh, which will automate the setup process, previously handled by several xsetup.tcl parameters. Nevertheless, install.sh is just a “frontend” for xsetup.tcl.
The manpages are included in the release as well and if you choose to use install.sh, you have the possibility to create your very own online manpages for xMind.

I have altered the old 2.0 version and added a function which allows to have different styles for streams and local files. Refer to the changelog for help and feel free to ask questions using the comment feature of our blog.
